This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is applicable to collection, storage, processing and usage of your data received through the mobile application Nutritional Analyzer (the “Application”) and services provided by the Application, so please read it carefully before using the Application. Please also read the Terms and Conditions that governs the use of the Application. The capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in the Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

By installing or in any way using or accessing the Application and services provided thereby, you expressly accept and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Effective Date above means the date this Privacy Policy becomes effective.

2. Information Collected

Personal Information Collected:

Any data that is suited to identify you personally is deemed personal information.

The Developer takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. Therefore, the services available through the Application are provided on anonymous basis (no registration is required) and the Developer does not collect any personal information allowing to identify you personally. The only personal data that is received by the Application from you is your gender, age, height, weight, activity, nutrients intake, which allows the services offered by the Application to be rendered. However, this information does not allow to identify you personally.

Information Collected through Automatic Data Collection Technologies:

As you navigate through and interact with the Application, the Developer may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain non-identifying information about your device, including, Application install source, Application versions, Application actions and patterns, IP address, device model, device language and country settings, time zone setting, location, operating system and platform, nutrients intake entered, nutrients searched for, nutrients calculation results, time spent within the Application, length of visit to certain Application sections, Application response times, Application errors, Application interaction (navigation, scrolling, clicks etc.), how and which Application features are used, methods used to leave the Application and other statistics.

3. Information Usage

The information about your gender, age, height, weight, activity, nutrients intake submitted by you through the Application is solely used to calculate your nutritional intakes and give you information via the Application on potential shortage or excess of certain nutrients in your diet.

The Developer uses the information received from automatic data collection technologies to improve the Application, its performance and services provided through the Application, deal with the Application errors as well as to develop new Application features.

The Developer also uses the above information for statistical analysis. In any event, the information you submit within the Application and the above mentioned automatically received information collected, stored, processed and used for statistical analysis does not allow to personally identify any user.

4. Third-party Tools

When downloading or purchasing the Application, data, including, user name, e-mail address, the number of your user account, download time and, if applicable, payment information and the individual device number are transmitted to the iTunes App Store, Google Play and/or any other platforms offering the Application for purchase. This data collection is not performed by the Developer, but by the operator of the respective store. The Developer cannot influence this.

5. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Any information that the Developer collects through the Application or in connection therewith is subject to this Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. The Developer may, however, revise the Privacy Policy from time to time in her sole discretion. The most current version of the Privacy Policy is always available in the Application.
